• Integrated, designed, and implemented the purchasing system which keeps the largest Gypsum, Steel, and Insulation distributor in the United States up-to-date on all core pricing efforts. After implementation, the Accounting department saw a drastic reduction in purchase order errors from our 130 supported locations. • Conducted competitive analysis on specific markets and products, and successfully negotiated reductions in the COGS for dozens of products. • Evaluated and assisted in negotiating a national Insulation deal which saved the company millions in the first year.• Supported corporate and yard purchasing through management of communication and documentation with suppliers. • Produced the company-wide industry report.

• Analyzed operating data from SharePoint and PeopleSoft for a $125M budget.
