As part of Matthew's area of interest in Cognitive Skills development in Executive Leadership, in understanding how our cognitive skills drive behaviour, Matthew has joined the faculty in Executive Education, to work in programs to deliver experiential behaviour change.Matthew currently is the Program Director on the General Managers Program as well as working with Westpac and another clients in developing new and innovative programs to achieve sustainable behaviour change. Matthews focus is in the future of work, enabling organisations to develop their leadership teams to embrace capabilities that, due to the rapidly changing workforce requirements, are yet to be defined.

At CA Tritons, I worked with national swimmers of the the Hong Kong and Sri Lankan National team as well as a paralympian Sam Brahman (OBE) representing Australia. This program produced current age group swimmers such as, Jordan Chivers, Raymond Mak, Joel Alati, and Nick Herford-Collins. Prior to this I was the head coach at Ascham Aquatics and coached Amy Light to several state records and championships and Alanis Olesch-Byrne (now Nunawading) to several state records and championships.This current season, 11 swimmers represented the club at age and open nationals and 1 swimmers at the state teams. Last year, Sam Brahman won the US Paralympic championships and broke the Butterfly S9 National record at the 2012 Olympic trials. Raymond Mac also represented Honk Kong at the last World University Games in Shanghai.

This role was created to integrate 2 businesses into a single business unit, advising the CE and managing the key areas of strategy, government relations, and communication.
