Leading high level technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and gap analysis of user requirements.• Responsible for Leading all technical and validation deliverables during the entire lifecycle of MES solution development projects• Define MES solution architectures and develop detailed design specifications.• Define functional requirements through client interviews, documentation analysis and Work Flow Process Mapping (Value Stream Maps).• Providing expert knowledge and experience to estimate the technical effort required to implement complex MES solutions including level 2 and 4 interfaces.• Actively participating on a technical project team, ensuring that effective decisions are made.• Proactively engaging with customers in order to define the overall technical approach for MES solutions and overseeing the design of the system selected.• Participating in strategic and tactical planning sessions• Assisting existing customers in problem resolution and help define future opportunities with those customers. I was part of a team to develop an EBR in line with the business user requirements.In 2010 I was part of the successful validation and implementation of EBRs to all cross functional areas of the operation floor these included formulation, filling and packaging. Responsibilities:Gathering user requirements from end user.Configuring the product to suit clients needs.Configuring and understanding the software’s different modules and functionality.On-going Testing and Implementation of Basic Phases.Testing of functionality of Phases as per UTS (Unit Test Specification).Creation/Editing of UTS to test these phasesAs a development build Coordinator IManaged system & resource readiness to meet operational & compliance requirements for each particular submission build (e.g. Biocompatibility, Design Verification, PQ and IDE)•Oversight & support to production team during build manufacture. •Optimized each build in Cashel to minimize materials usage, capacity utilization maximized & schedule duration of builds minimized.
