Trained, led, screened, and evaluated over 200 Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Midshipmen at the University of Notre Dame and over 70 Marine Corps Officer Candidates in future leadership potential, physical fitness, and commitment to success. Instructed countless hours of close order drill to include rifle manual, color guard procedures, battalion and company formations, and forming for physical drill. Coordinated and directed 13 formal ceremonies to include three military balls, four change of commands, three commissioning ceremonies, and two retirements.

Camp Lejuene, Nc

Kept apprised of all policies of the commander and ensured dissemination of information to over 300 personnel regarding such policies. Reported to the commander on the status of matters pertaining to the efficient operation of the command. Counseled 50 subordinate unit non-commissioned officers as required to improve the general effectiveness of the command. Interviewed and counseled enlisted personnel on pertinent professional and personal matters directly affecting the efficiency of the command. Assisted the commander in the conduct of office hours, requests mast, and meritorious mast. Coordinated and participated in ceremonies, briefings, and conferrals with commander. Supervised all clerical and administrative matters; training functions and the employment of the command in garrison and in the field; logistic functions such as billeting, transportation, and messing; inspections and investigations; personnel management; and daily routine.
