In its first full year under Walser ownership, I helped lead the team at Acura of Wichita to its first ever Precision Team Award in 31 years. This award is presented to the top Acura dealerships in the country and is determined by new and certified sales, service, CSI, and financial metrics. Some other highlights: Increased new vehicle sales volume by 15% YOY at Acura.Increased used vehicle sales volume by over 100% YOY at Acura.Increased CSI scores to the top 10% of the nation in sales and top 20% in service.Made Acura the most profitable (net profit) store of the seven Walser stores in Wichita in 2017 by focusing on detailed expense control and maximizing each sales and service opportunity.I was asked in May 2018 to also oversee the Jaguar Land Rover store in Wichita – in 6 months time the store had it’s most profitable month in store history.

As used vehicle manager, I helped set store records for profitability and used vehicle volume (30% increase). I was consistently ranked in the top three in trade appraisal performance across the entire Walser Automotive group as measured by front gross averages on retail and wholesale trades taken in. As new vehicle manager, I helped lead our team to the largest market share margin of victory in a single month and to the #1 spot in the district for the year.
