Matthew has vast experience in cost planning, estimating, risk assessment, post contract and dispute resolution in construction, engineering and infrastructure across a broad range of projects.These projects include major Sydney rail projects, master plans, urban renewal, remediation, subdivisions, roads, bridges, tunnels, contribution schedule estimates, voluntary planning agreements, mining, sewerage treatment, pipelines, substations, residential, commercial and retail.After initially completing an apprenticeship in the electrical field, Matthew commenced employment at WT Partnership in 1998 as a cadet. He ascended from a cadet to junior cost engineer, cost engineer, senior cost engineer to being made an Associate of the Infrastructure Group in 2013.
