I help manage the IT support for Ceris, one of Corvel's offices, in Fort Worth. I help users with any issues they face, help manage the network, and do pretty much anything computer or software related there. I coordinate with our national IT teams and work to keep our IT infrastructure running as smoothly as possible. One of my main focuses is on automating existing business processes using Powershell. I develop, test, and deploy scripts that help with auditing, and help transfer data to and from all of our customers.

My main job was being an on-call help desk tech - I would answer calls, remote into machines, and repair whatever issue the end user was facing. I worked on several different projects in addition to my job as a help desk tech. While employed at CAS I learned Python, AppleScript, ARD, SaltStack, DeployStudio, Munki, PowerShell,Active Directoy, Group Policy, and other technologies.I worked with senior IT staff to help update and refine our software deployments within SCCM, our imaging process for both Macs and PCs(using Deploy Studio and OSD, along with Python and Powershell to tie things together). We also deployed a standard Ubuntu image for use in departments focused on research, and worked to integrate those machines into our AD infrastructure. As a result of my work I'm extremely familiar with configuring and managing large amounts of PCs centrally. I also configured our ARD server and helped implement the use of it on most of the Mac computers in The College of Arts and Sciences.

I managed most of their online advertising and worked on different web projects. I designed websites, wrote shopping carts in PHP, helped setup servers, helped end users, etc.I worked directly under the owner and turned his ideas and concepts into tangible campaigns and profits.
