• Helping skills such as psychological first aid, active listening with empathetic responding. • Be a positive role models for hope, recovery skills and self-care efforts.• Creating resources and activities for Mentor Mentee Bonding• Supporting for Orientation AY 2022 • Creating content and information for general well beingFounded a Cooking Class - Cold outreach to 200+ students - Trial and error pre-actual class of 15 from peer support groups - Surveyed more than 250 students on the needs and understanding of their cooking skill and knowledge- Worked with 1 senior lecturer, 8 seniors and juniors of SHL to form the very first cooking class - Taught and lead a class of 25 students to do basic cutting and cooking- Ran a total of 5 classes each reaching its maximum capacity of each class of 25 pax - Made fried rice, stir-fried chicken, banana cake, Mandrian orange jelly, rice croquettes and DIY Mini Pizzas - Survey shows 95% of participants were repeated participants

The concept of Unite Camp is to enable students from the School of Sports Health Leisure to gather at one event regardless of diploma, academic years or background to promote intergenerational bonding. I was appointed to undertake the role of Overall In-Charge (OIC) for this camp. My duties as OIC:• Ensure a smooth transition of the camp. • Manage and facilitate the functionality and efficiency of the planning committee• Finalising decisions pertaining to the camp• Assist various In-charge whenever needed. • Budgeting • Liaising with various stakeholders in Republic Polytechnic Personal Takes on Program:Unite camp is the first camp, I have to lead a small team with individuals from different backgrounds. It has taught me that working with others from different backgrounds can be a challenging and fulfilling one. As the Camp has come to fruition, I would reminisce about brainstorming sessions in our study season at Republic Polytechnic, the late nights meetings and the morning wake calls. Considering all aspects of the camp in hopes of instilling its unity and bonding principles through its activities.
