SciPlay is an online mobile gaming company that focuses on casual and casino games. With SciPlay, I focus on both front-end and back-end technology, developing systems that supported individual games with hundreds of thousands of users like Monopoly Slots, as well as broader company initiatives increasing monetization.I work in PHP, JavaScript and C# environments, developing features in all three to support company efforts with a focus on increasing profits while creating new player experiences.

I lead and managed two contract employees making software for live action and augmented reality games. Our work has been featured as Comic Con and in various trade articles. Projects include:• Online event management software for large-scale live action games in coordination with Odysse Entertainment and White Wolf Publishing, using Neo4j and the MEAN Stack• An augmented reality mobile application in the Unity3D engine for the Legacy Games System’s Daemon Augmented Reality System, using Unity3D, C# and Bluetooth technology• An augmented reality mobile application in the Unity3D engine allowing for interaction based on Bluetooth beacons and symbol markers to create game interfaces with an immersive environment• An augmented reality mobile application in the Unity3D engine for use in an augmented reality game, with a MEAN stack RESTful service and other supporting web applications

Intific pursues a variety of military, transportation and defense projects through a variety of clients. With them, I had the opportunity to work on projects from DARPA, the Department of Education, Mastercard, Cubic Transportation Systems and others.• Developed simulations and training environment for DARPA projects using the Unreal 4 engine.• Managing a team of 5 developers and designers to create simulation software to create a simulated online multimedia environment for use with military and civilian training exercises, using MEAN Stack combined with Neo4j graph databases.• Creating economic map visualization software for use with urban planning and public transportation, using OpenStreetMap, LeafletJS and Node.js• Designing and developing online educational web-based games, including JavaScript, HTML5 Canvas, back-end logging and game information storage via JSON REST web services through the use of custom server software for a DARPA educational software project.• Developing interfaces for creating virtual computer networks and simulated users for intelligence and cyber-warfare training simulations

Versineer Solutions was an online education software company specializing in providing continuing education and certification to teachers and school faculty in science and mathematics. I developed their online teaching platform in coordination with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the State of Texas.• Created real-time interactive web applications using PHP, jQuery and JavaScript frameworks• Developed Flash and HTML5 compatible video instruction sites for educational professionals• Engage in the design process with curriculum developers without a technical background

THUD Interactive was a development house that focused around e-commerce and online ticket sales solutions, mainly for non-profit entities such as theaters and symphonies. Clients include the Washington National Opera and New York Metropolitan Opera.• Developed 3D and 2D visualization software for concert and orchestra venues• Lead teams of four other developers in developing web applications for online ticketing services, including ‘pick your own seat’ virtual viewing and video preview features, using Flash, ASP.net and XML SOAP services• Designed and implemented graphic web page interfaces• Implemented and customized e-commerce solutions for clients• Designed web pages with revisions and customer input

I was brought on for a 15 month contract with the Austin Independent School District to support their document distribution website.• Designed and implemented a PDF document storage and distribution system, integrating email alerts, multiple sign-ins and permissions• Modified and revised existing web page designs to new specifications and feedback• Performed regular maintenance and updates
