His work focuses on helping destinations think strategically about their organization, their visitor economy, and their place. In addition to his client work, he’s served on the U.S. Travel Board of Directors and has been invited to speak at national and state tourism conferences throughout the U.S. on topics such as destination resilience, destination strategy, and regional collaboration between destination organizations.
