We didn’t necessarily set out to be where we are today, but our communities and people have helped write such an incredible story. We love building and growing concepts that play a small part in making our communities where we live feel special and connected. While we want to spread the CRG love everywhere, our growth will always be determined by our people, and our primary focus: continuing to nourish our collective culture. SHARING THE WEALTH. CRG founder James Lanza was lucky to have had a father who helped him fund his entrepreneurial dreams. James offered that same opportunity to his sons, Matthew and Steven Lanza. In the same spirit, all three Lanza’s continue to keep that tradition alive by supporting people in becoming true partners. We have over 35 partners who contribute to our success and share in it. From fitness dreams to pizza dreams (and everything in between) CRG has created a collective platform that has helped many people bring their ideas to life, and ultimately to our communities. STAYING CONNECTED. CRG doesn’t survive or have purpose without connecting to our people. Back when CRG was only one restaurant, Jimmy Lanza was in the restaurant everyday connecting with both the guests and teams making sure we went above and beyond for everyone. Fast forward to today- we have a lot more concepts, but it’s still our goal to run each of them as if it’s our only one. As we’ve grown, we’ve definitely created some processes and systems, but we still believe in giving our partners the space and opportunity to make decisions. We empower our people to create a whole experience driven by what they truly love: the people, the vibe, and the community.
