During my tenure with Etech, I have served in various leadership positions both in operations and the training department(s). As the Director of Global Training and Development, my responsibilities included developing, implementing training strategies, and partnering with relevant stakeholders to ensure that new hire classroom training, transition to on the job training, and then provide long term support through on-going training was provided to all entry-level roles. My role included the responsibility of maintaining and continuously improving a global learning and training platform which ensured the development of people, resources, and processes/procedures to meet and exceed our client's expectations (both internally and externally). It is through this platform that Etech has created an efficient and effective onboarding process for Etech's team members.
