I'm an account management and operations professional with vast experience in both the staffing industry and finance world. I have provided value and innovative solutions for major clients such as Hewlett Packard, Motorola, Harley-Davidson, and Alcon. Currently I work for one of the largest global staffing organizations in the world, Manpower Group, and oversee the day-to-day relationship between a large national client and the Manpower field organization. In this role, I take steps to to ensure our clients needs are met by facilitating the staffing order fulfillment process between both parties. This includes distributing new open orders to our field teams, finding the specific needs of the hiring managers, presenting qualified candidates to the client, coordinating job interview requests and following up on the progress our field teams are making on open orders. My previous experience includes mutual fund trading within money market accounts for U.S. Bank, lead generation and accounts payable work for Hunter Business Group, and public relations assistance for the Milwaukee Bucks.
