- Utilizing engineering principles and corrosion theory to model, simulate, and design High Voltage alternating current (HVAC) transmission line interference mitigation systems for complex pipeline and powerline collocations using specialized computer software (CDEGS suite) to maintain pipeline integrity, corrosion prevention, and personnel safety.- Generating detailed technical compliance reports, detailed design drawings, and models of induced and resistive electromagnetic interference on pipelines based on company established guidelines, CSA and NACE standards.- Coordinating and completing engineering project tasks according to project scope and schedule constraints. - Reviewing and analyzing site data collected by field personnel.- Assisting in the mentoring and development of junior project team members. - Work closely with project managers to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.- Coordinating design reviews and creating QA/QC documentation for projects. - Assisting other team members on projects and on tasks as necessary.- Meeting with representatives from pipeline and powerline companies to provide customer support for projects and/or deliverables.
