Although my first experience was writing a newspaper, I feel most confident giving tech support. I have experience with Windows, Mac OS, iOS, other mobile operating systems, and I plan on learning Linux soon. I have a passion for Apple and their products especially. I also enjoy showing people how things work and unlocking the secrets of their devices.I have developed more than half a dozen apps for macOS. These include an app which assists users in creating ringtones that speak the name of their contacts, and a personal assistant that utilizes speech recognition to perform many tasks such as playing music, looking up contact information, getting the weather forecast, or even making phone calls. While developing these apps, I have learned AppleScript and Objective-C along the way, and plan on teaching myself Swift soon. As a result of the effort I put into these apps, I now successfully market them on my website, and some of them are available on the App Store as well.
