As an IT Technician at Questeq, I provide technical support and assistance to schools and educational institutions in the region. I use ConnectWise Control, and have Active Directory Experience to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with hardware, software, and network systems. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Cybersecurity from DeVry University, where I am learning the latest skills and knowledge in the field of cybersecurity, such as encryption, threat analysis, and risk management. I am passionate about using technology to enhance the quality of education and to protect the data and privacy of students and educators.
