Data Analyst
Current• Provide first tier technical support for several top 10 North American Auto Groups. (Asbury, Napleton, Autonation, Berkshire Hathaway, Mileone, Hertz and Darcars).• Lead and assist with projects between DDC, Clients and 3rd Parties including launch meetings and retrospectives.• Address inbound client concerns and provide troubleshooting assistance for technical issues, inventory issues and extended technical projects for the group.• Perform monthly client calls to provide insight on Cox Automotive product value and new OEM updates directly targeting clients portfolio.• Organize and direct product training for clients via screen-share• Partner with additional Cox branches to manage and complete client requests throughout CoxAutomotive (xTime, Homenet, KBB, Autotrader, Dealertrack).• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for strategy meetings on a weekly or monthly basis, as requested by the client.
