Whilst at Egton I was involved with the roll out of Windows 7 to the Newcastle and Durham primary care trusts. I helped in arranging installations of PC's and servers to almost every doctors surgery in the area as well as controlling a team of 20+ engineers, often spread across several different surgeries at a time.

I spent three years patrolling the streets of Bradford as a PCSO for West Yorkshire Police, my main duties consisted of high visibility patrol in a set 'Neighbourhood Policing Team' area, whilst on patrol I was required to respond to minor crimes to take crime reports and also perform intelligence gathering on local nominals. This was a very varied job, often having to deal with very high pressure situations or potentially very emotionally taxing situations. Bradford was certainly a challenge to police but I feel like during my time in this role I gained a wealth of experience in both communications skills and personal responsibility.

Customer service line dealing with faults on software provided by EMIS, my duties consisted of answering the call and quickly logging the issue that the customer was facing and then directing them to the relevant team as quickly as possible.
