I have over 20 years of experience leading programs and creating environments where children, youth, and adults discover and embrace their full potential.I currently work as the Training and Development Supervisor for Arrow Child and Family Ministries - my main goal is to help our staff learn and live out the skills that will make them the best versions of themselves. Because what it comes down to is that youth/young people should be surrounded and supported by the best adults there are.I previously worked in staff development at the Board of Child Care (outside of Baltimore), and as the Program Director of The West River Center. My early career was doing front line youth work in wilderness therapy, group home settings, and church programming. All of that hands on experience has ignited my desire to help other adults learn the skills necessary to take care of young people in need, whether that's in schools, residential settings, or foster homes.Competencies: program creation, public speaking, curriculum development, mentorship, and coaching.
