I'm partnering with private, public & federal organizations to engineer and develop or improve workflows and processes. I'm enjoying building personal relationships and partners in a remote age of doing business where location and logic don't have to be in same room to plan, protect and enjoy success.

Served as Project Manager responsible for managing multiple projects each ranging $300K to $2-3M. Leads all areas of metal panel architectural projects, including submittals, design, and procurements, production and installation efforts. Guided customers to understanding of external facade, scope, specification limitations, field dimensioning requirements, and associated lead times. Focused on leading stakeholders to ensure projects are consistently delivered on-schedule and budget. Identified opportunities for improvement project efficiency and reducing expenses.

Metal Design Systems is a national provider of Architectural Wall Cladding Systems and Facility Branding Programs. We offer a wide variety of products to choose from such as ACM, MCM, (Reynobond, Alpolic, Alucobond) Stainless Steel, Fiber Cement, Zinc, Copper, and Aluminum sheet goods. MDSI has several engineered, tested attachment systems, as well as solutions to provide consistent aesthetics according to specific design standards. We work with Architects, General Contractors and Metal installation companies. From small cladding projecs to complete building envelope enclosures we have solutions to meet the challenge.

My duties include managing the cost budgeting for architectural projects and technical/ engineering support for sales, installation services and product development. I work with sales, project management and other departments in process improvement and customer support along with supporting vendor relationships.

While at Otis I experienced a wide range of responsibilities in the ever changing landscape the company was going through at that time. Beginning as a Operations Specialist I maintained 6 delivery routes over three states in the region servings hundreds of customers and thousands of food service products. While managing the standard operations of the sales center, the company was transitioning to a entire new software/ERP resource requiring me to organize staff training and technical maintenance to the system between user and system(s).

While at Principle I assisted in the Engineering & Design needs for signage and architectural projects while the company continued establishing it's presence in the Knoxville/US area(s).

While at ImagePoint I was fortunate to work in many roles and locations. I worked regularly in designing from conceptual to production sign projects both for existing national customers to developing the new national customers such as General Motors, Ford, Firestone, Nissan and more. Early on I was able to be lead designer on the IREDI (Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative) where we developed mass production of a glass sign and stainless steel brand identification. With this program and others I spent considerable amounts of time in the plant(s) designing for manufacturing and in the field training installers how to work with this custom product within our industry. Other experience gained were in areas such as vendor development and relations, customer satisfaction, project and program management and more. Other projects involved working with colleagues on developing the new face of signage with architectural projects such as the Chevrolet, Buick and Ford Entry Element(s) as well as the architectural cladding of the same sites

Working at Pellissippi State while continuing my education I was able to do several things out of the ordinary. I host internal departments such as the music or choir as well as external customers in the colleges performing arts center. My duties consisted of preparing audio/video arrangements and designing lighting scenes/shows for various types of performances including theatre productions as well as seasonal shows with features such as "dancing trees".
