I have two professional passions: real estate and history. KBS Inc is the premier Construction Firm in Central Virginia. Our projects range from large multi-family developments to adaptive reuse of old buildings to grocery stores to YMCA remodels. Erecting a building from the ground up is never a straight-forward endeavor. Good construction management involves flexibility as there are plethora of potential obstacles to schedules and budgets. KBS manages this very well, and I am lucky to be learning from the best.I am also the founder of Richmond Tour Guys - a walking tour company in Richmond. Our mission is to provide a fun and affordable way to see Richmond. As of April 2018, we are the #3 tour on Trip Advisor and gunning for #1. As the founder and owner, my duties includes writing and guiding tours; managing and training Tour Guides; marketing the tour through internet, social media, and traditional networking; and general management.
