Lead our team of Technical Recruiters in the Raleigh-Durham market. Responsible to help increase production, fill technical requirements, and gain market share. I also perform full life-cycle technical recruiting for small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies.Part of my day is working as an advocate for both sides of the split desk model, interfacing closely with Account Managers as well as Recruiters on targeting new clients and filling open positions with the best possible IT candidates. I also collaborate daily with management on direction and strategy for our growing Raleigh office.
