My first C-Corporation and web development and systems administration services company, still an active entity today in Pennsylvania. Services were mainly sold to web hosting companies.Its goal was to be the umbrella holding corporation, similar to ideaLab, of multiple internet ventures and companies operating under it!

A patent-method-development company seed funded with my own funds as well as money from SAP and ex Royal Air Force. Primary product was focused on web-scale mining and United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR document normalization and analysis and search with named-entity recognition and co-referencing for enhanced opportunity detection for traders and investment banking analyst research.Developed internal project, CLINT (Craigslist Intelligence) for sales lead, talent recognition and and potential customer monitoring solution which monitored Craigslist ‘jobs’, ‘gigs’ and ‘resumes’ sections in all US cities for enabled projects which searched by keyword groupings and query sets and injested all Craigslist postings into system and performed automatic resolution of e-mail address and other contact selectors (phone number, address, website domain, etc) and templated e-mail communication initiation as well as automated record creation inside of SugarCRM. Developed custom IP Rotator and central proxy application protocol interface to avoid detection and avoid rate limits using various Cloud services (primarily Google Cloud and Amazon). Built-in rotation and priority scoring functions for what Squid proxy server node was sent back to. Built pluggable scraping logic in Ruby using Hpricot and at times, Nokogiri. Execution, Management and State/System Monitoring web-application and Control and Management API HTTP JSON interface built and developed using Apache 2.2, PHP 7, MySQL, Debian 8, CakePHP 2.8 and jQuery. This application integrated with ElasticSearch for search handling and Redis for real- time status monitoring of the crawling system. Allowed management of projects and project keyword groups as well as quick keyboard-enhanced (shortcut) browsing, tagging or pinning and management and local as well as within-project searches of posts [primarily left and right arrow keys, / key for search and SHIFT+/ key for project-based searches]

Wrote custom “middleware” platform using CakePHP, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis and ElasticSearch to support migration from 3rd-party hosted e-commerce store platform provider (Volusion) to in-house developed and hosted Magento 2.0 e-commerce platform. Supported capture, queue, and transformation of product, customer, customer sales, shipment, and shopping cart data transfer from Day 0 (3+ years of data) until middleware system catches up to current state; and then real-time capture, queue and transformation of data is kept running via daemon software to maintain state of FTP and XML data feed monitoring system to watch for new data. Added ability to support additional external market-place vendors including Amazon, Demandware, Shopify and Rakuten UK to enable middleware to perform centralization (capture, queue and transformation) of all product, customer, order and shipment data into format appropriate for migration and or real-time posting to new Magento 2.0 website and e-commerce back-end via HTTP REST API over RabbitMQ and CakePHP based middleware application.Designed and wrote internal documentation and designed best-practices and standardized processes for developers to work collaboratively while utilizing Git for Source Code Revision Management and VirtualBox/Vagrant for local development. On backend server-side, I installed, configured and managed Jenkins 2.0 and Gerrit based Continuous Deployment (CI) solution using Phing and SSH to deploy code pushed to GitHub( that has been approved by Q/A (via Gerrit) to push up to staging and then production live systems without any interaction or direct access from the developer.

Developed modular agent-based platform built on Redis, RabbitMQ, and Composer (PHP) platform running on Linux (Debian 8) for social media listening and audience growth and engagement/re-engagement to automate previously human-performed time-intensive tasks and to maximize effectiveness of message posts and follower lists. Deployed across multiple high- value accounts in real-estate, fashion, and investment banking industry sectors. Utilized third- party REST and Stream APIs to access and interact with Twitter’s data in real-time. Built-in scheduling and execution features based on real-time rate limits and available handle account keys to allow for as fast as possible execution as well as to avoid detection. Provided and engineered one-on-one analysis, prevention, and incident response and recovery of multiple server-side and application-based intrusions to high-traffic WordPress powered web properties and websites. Developed automated method for detection and removal of popular mal-ware as a centralized platform integrated as a WordPress plugin.Completed multiple lead and data mining efforts for customers as well as in-house data requirements and needs.

Founded and started with one other senior-level partner and with two trained employees a design, development, and data services agency focused on clients in the Financial and Fashion District in New York City. Wrote and counter-signed Memorandum of Understanding agreement with OLR regarding development, maintaince and hosting of website. CakePHP, Magento, WordPress, OpenStack and ElasticSearch

Worked in-house that funded my research work and programming for the development of software for trading and monitoring equity option money flows and prediction of probability for executing trades. Tested and developed my research and software and methods using live Interactive Brokers Cash account and held positions over $1.7M USD in equity options and futures contracts (gold [GC], crude oil [GC], palladium [PL], silver [SI], Euro [6E], Japanese Yen [6J].Developed XMPP based message and presence oriented publish/subscribe market data messaging protocol over HTTP TCP/IP stream for server-side messaging and push to browser via DOM Layer 2. Similar to today’s Google SPDY protocol or HTTP 2.0 in terms of connection persistance and operation over one TCP/IP stream.Developed automated trading system and trading techniques using Interactive BrokersAPIs and Linux (Debian) and PHP 5 with MySQL and Ruby for screen scraping.Initial protocol dev work on stateless and sync messaging systems and ipc (inter-protocol, inter-process) systems and applications and api and os kernel modifications and improvements and memory device research and algorithms/rfc's/protocols).

Initially replaced development group of 6 and hired on as Chief Technology Officer in NewY ork to complete website functionality and features for the sports social network, leading to its public launch and opening in early 2007.Developed various website areas and apps for user-generated content (Articles and Polls), community discussions (Threads), and network gaming (Pick Em, others...). Developed point-based user-incentive participation platform and added pluggable system definitions to trigger actions and assignment or deduction of points based on performed action or network effect (mostly thumbs up/down on user content), etc. Later on in the social network’s life, points were able to be wagered on the results of a game, and other areas related to sports events. All user-participation was ranked on live leaderboards, driven by point values.Assisted in negotiation and design of data access agreement with STATS.COM, LLC. for live real-time sports scores and game event-level data ($600,000 staggered agreement).Built full data access, retrieval and monitoring software using PHP 5, Memcached, TFTP, and JavaScript (jQuery) enabling one of the first websites with real-time sports scores and event-level game data in the World (before ESPN and Yahoo! Developed modular and custom loading platform for widgets that was callable from any of the website properties and would load in the data based on specified property, specified widget and where to render it on the web-page. Created utilizing XSLT, PHP and JavaScript. This system was called UltraAJAX.- Developed framework to simplify the development of remotely-deployable AJAX "widgets". It works well inside XSLT-template-based environments and was the primary reason that I created this. (sidenote: sat with 3 google developers answering questions and demonstrating functionality at nyc ajax conference in 2006 -- iGoogle is built using pretty much identical approach)Experimented and developed streaming video platforms and front-ends and developed server- side technology for supporting video serving on HTTP as efficiently as possible.- Lead development of 'Community 2.0' project and other backend platform systems.

A extremely (first-5) early contender in the social bookmarking and rss space social aggreagater market. I started this as a personal project to combine the functionality found in Del.icio.us and Bloglines (and also a few other areas like trend analysis / monitoring). - One of the 1st social tagging-based Web 2.0 applications in the social bookmarking and feed reader spaces. The only combining the 2 types of services.- I sold sold a 75% share in it on my 18th birthday to my employer, WebXtreme, who wanted to seed it when they realized it had showed potential by a uprise in various blog postings and other followings.

- Architected, developed, and supported web-based PHP/MySQL call and sales lead manager for GetMyHomesValue.com sales team (35+ people). Fully integrated into Cisco VoIP phone network/database and also built several front-end analytical applications to monitor activity.- Architected and developed NationalAgentDirectory.com web site and service utilizing OOP PHP and MySQL. Used Apache mod_rewrite module in creating friendly URL navigation for improved search engine rankings. Frontend is built in complete CSS markup (no tables). Hired and trained sales team of 3 on account setup and sales tools built for the site.- Built and launched ZipCodeGuy.com and developed zip code plotting / pdf map generation software, allowing people to purchase zip-code plot maps of their city/county/state or entire United States. Also trained initial (1 person) sales/customer support hire.
