Current- Transaction Management Process encompasses the following:
- Our practice is specifically focused on the representation of Industrial, Office, Warehouse / Distribution and Unique Facility Occupiers.
- Act as a single point of contact for our clients, and own that responsibility
- Conduct a site selection process, evaluate property acquisition (lease and purchase) and manage disposition opportunities
- Provide market research and due diligence in the course of property acquisitions and dispositions (i.e. labor, transportation, economic incentives, infrastructure, financial, etc.)
- Coordinate and monitor costs associated with the acquisition and disposition of corporate-owned real estate assets
