Throughout the Fall of 2020, I tutored several students in statistics classes, including Probability and Statistics, and Business Analytics. I created lesson plans and highlighted the most important information to prepare students for upcoming exams. By organizing lessons and assisting students, I aimed to set them up to retain and apply as much knowledge as possible that could help them in future classes and jobs.

In my time at Light Rail Properties, I managed a construction team in projects ranging from concreting to deck building to electrical installation. I built strong relationships with my peers while laying out daily instructions as to how much progress we were expecting to make each day and what exactly needed to be accomplished. I would be given the expectations at the beginning of the day and it would be my job to organize what each employee's role would be in accomplishing this. I also aided in all of the manual labor and primarily measured and cut wood, mixed concrete, and wired power to various projects such as a deck, fire pit, and hot tub.
