I worked for Corus Bank in the phone support aspect for the past four years. During this time I support four NEC 2400 and 8 NEC 2000 connected with CCIS to allow centralized voicemail and four digit dialing. I have worked on multiple phone systems NEC 2000, NEC 2400, Cisco. I have tested and deployed many types of IP phones including but not limited to Belkin, D-link, Cisco, Linksys, NEC, Polycom. While at the bank I supported many phone services including the ACD, IVR, Voiceprint, Tapit, GNAV, 800 numbers we also supported cell phones and notifylink. Notifylink allowed Blackberries, Treos and Iphone to receive secure email directly to the cell phone since we could synch email to multiple devices executives officers could choose which device they wanted. I beta tested multiple turn key solutions to ensure they meet and extended our expectations, example would be voicemail systems we tested Repartee, Callegra, Callware, before settling on callware. We had two call centers one with fifty users and one with fifteen support representatives. I provided day to day support for the systems, users and provided training on new software and upgrades to the systems. I also performed route maintenance, quarterly backups as well as name changes and moves. I supported over six hundred did numbers an 0C-12 between five main branches and Redundant T-1 to eight other locations.
