Accountable for the multi-award winning £1bn London Bridge Station Redevelopment project and Bermondsey Dive-Under / Structural Strengthening works, as part of the Thameslink Programme Key Output 2.

Responsible for the GRIP 1-3 (Output Definition to Option Selection) project management for a portfolio of projects (AFC c. £56m) with multiple clients, including the Western Route and Crossrail Ltd.Successfully delivered Access Points 0-6m MLN1 (Paddington to Ealing Broadway) GRIP 2 (Feasibility) to tight 3 month schedule and 44% under budget, as part of the Western Route Access to Assets (A2A) programme.Responsible for current Access Point 6-36m (Ealing Broadway to Reading) GRIP 2 delivery, securing from A2A portfolio as a result of successful 0-6m delivery.Developed the Access Points 0-6m GRIP 3 project output requirements with Sponsor, securing governance approvals and allowing Investment Authority to be submitted.Extensive development work undertaken for Ilford Depot Wire Heights GRIP 5 (Detailed Design) undertaken on behalf of Sponsor and Client (Crossrail Ltd), including detailed programme for delivery within tight constraints and interfacing with project delivery teams and depot occupants.Led requirement development for Ilford Depot Turnout Speeds GRIP 3, including remit production, schedule and estimate.Line manager of apprentice Project Management Assistant for Slough Goods Loop GRIP 3 project, being undertaken as part of the Great Western Electrification programme (GWEp).

Accountable for the full East and Central Crossrail Cash Funded portfolio of works, as part of the Crossrail East Sponsor Team.Portfolio included 17 Implementation (IA) and Asset Protection Agreements (APA), c. £29m.Successfully lead the agreement, establishment and delivery of a range of new IA's and APA's with full stakeholder buy-in, investment and contractual authority and resources.Developed and maintained excellent working relationships with key interfaces including Crossrail Limited (Client) and 12 Client Contractors across multiple sites.Reduced portfolio AFP – Paid gap by 86% and outstanding invoice certification with client by 81% over 12 months as a result of collaborative approach.Experience across the range of sponsorship activities, including commercial, industry liaison and consents & environment, and across multiple GRIP stages.Responsible for commercial reporting and quarterly ORR report for all cash funded works, delivering significant commercial improvement over time.Delivered a prototype ticket window at Paddington station, with successful engagement with a range of stakeholders.Led the opportunity to acquire outside funding for enhancement work to the route at Westbourne Park footbridge.Supported the communications and stakeholder liaison for the South East surface works, including public liaison events.Produced and filmed an extremely well received team building video for the Crossrail Conference 2014. Active commitment to continuous personal and professional development through coaching from a Network Rail colleague.

Assistant Project Manager for the South East Section Delivery of Outline Design Development (GRIP 4) for the Plumstead Portal to Abbey Wood Station Infrastructure works.Achieved BS11000 Collaborative Working accreditation as part of the joint Network Rail and Balfour Beatty project team.Joint Risk Manager and accessibility consultations lead. Produced, directed, edited and secured funding for a professional standard corporate film for the Crossrail Conference 2012.
