Director, Workforce Analytics & Hr Technology
CurrentMy role is accountable for overseeing and delivering in four main areas: HR Technology, Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics, and HR Continuous Improvement.Overseeing the HR technology that is required to support HR and Operations across Aecon. This role requires a fundamental understanding of Aecon's current business practices, industry leading/best practices, and the technological capabilities of the platforms currently in use.Within the Workforce planning space, I provide support to operational leaders looking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their mobilization and demobilization of staffing assignments. This support includes best practices, new insights, and enterprise-wide tools and systems to better facilitate this critical business function. As the owner of the Workforce Analytics space, my role is responsible for both the delivery and development of metrics, analytics, and KPI’s for the HR function as it relates to supporting business operations. The analytics provided are critical to enabling HR and Operations to make data driven and informed decisions, as well as use the data to drive proactive decision making. As a lead HR resource for the Continuous Improvement program at Aecon, my goal is to support, assist, and guide my fellow HR colleagues in the proper application and use of CI methodologies and tools.
