One of my favorite quotes of all time is given by Jedi Master Yoda who says "Do or do not, there is no try." In short he tells us that when we are given a task then we will either have confidence in completing it or we won't. This idea of having confidence in something has been a driving force in my life. I am currently a freshman at Brigham Young University Idaho looking into getting a Business Management Degree. While attending school here I plan on taking different classes to understand more than just the managing side of business. I am open to learning about others experiences in this field and skills that I should learn along side with my degree. I used to work at Carrabba's Italian Grill where I was a Cook and a Dishwasher. While I was there I observed how the company was ran by its owners and how they got the product out to the consumers. I learned how to multitask with different jobs and was reliable at covering other co-workers shifts. It was a great experience for me as I learned different skills that I use today.For a period of time I served as a Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It was a wonderful experience that taught me leadership capabilities and communication skills with others. I enjoy collecting and building LEGO structures in my spare time because of the creativity behind it and figuring out how different things are made.I am open to hearing more about the business environment and to learning new skills that I an apply into my life.
