In this role, I was handling some of PDC's largest Hydrogen Compressor clients as well as some industrial gas clients, to ensure overall satisfaction and managing any sales activity within them. I would coordinate with every division in the organization to navigate challenges and resolve issues. All while focusing on sales growth and trying to drive internal culture forward.

I was performing sales engineering functions in multiple market segments including Material Handling, Mobility, and Power-to-gas. Representing PDC at conventions and doing business development activities in specific regions of Oceania, Europe, and the Americas.

In just one year at Arctic, I was able to achieve the following:• Grew dealer network from 4 dealers to 10 dealers. • Sales growth from $165,125 to $964,605.• New Leads 6/1/19-6/1/20: 25• My new Leads 6/1/20-6/1/21: 128• DAB was developed in this time. • New sales presentation and booklet developed in this time. • Assisted to standardize the Trade show processes.I was responsible for Arctic Compressor activity in the 15 states of the Northeast. Responsibilities range from channel partner selection and management, end user discussion, and customer satisfaction for this high quality breathing air compressor line.

During my time at DiVal, I was responsible for building a new Firefighting division sales and service team. I selected sales reps and a service technical to penetrate a new market for DiVal in Eastern New York. We were making great progress in networking and introducing the Albany customer base to value of DiVal, who was a Buffalo based company. The pandemic shifted almost all customer purchasing efforts and focus to a very narrow scope of products. The expansion efforts into Eastern New York were effected. As the only manager in the Albany branch, I also supported the other employees not in my division by hosting regular branch meetings and keeping alignment with company vision.

During my time as Regional Sales Manager for New York State, I was responsible for managing and supporting sales through our distributor channel partner network in the Firefighting and industrial markets. I supported the terrific partners we had representing the 3M Scott Safety brand at B-Lann Equipment, MES, Dival, AAA emergency supply, Northern Safety, and Hi-Tech, and more. Some of my responsibilities include:•Sales demonstrations directly to end users on new and existing products•Assist with end user concerns and issues in coordination with our service team•Distribution training on new and existing products•Coordinating strategy with distributors on growth plans and monitoring progress•Conducting regional technology workshops to educate end users on our products and the regulations surrounding them•Annual distributor reviews to gain visibility of growth and decline in the market•Trade show attendance and presentations•Channel partner management and enablement

Eastern Zone (Ma-Va)

I oversaw and supported a network of Authirized Distributer Service Centers - who serviced and sold much of the Life Safety PPE used in Fire Departments - covering the 12 states we considered to be the Eastern Zone (ME-VA). I was responsible for setting and monitoring the level of service delivered, to ensure it met the high standards that our end users had come to expect. Conducting an annual service center audit was also part of the distributor relationship I also supported the FD In-House Service centers for those locations that choose to do their own service work. In addition, I conducted certification training classes for any new technician who planned to perform service work on Scott equipment (air supplied, TIC, Portable Instruments). Another part of my day to day operation was to assist end users directly with unique or serious service issues.

I worked in the Scott shop providing service and user level training on all Scott Safety products in the Firefighting market. I was responsible for training new employees who entered the Scott shop as well as maintaining inventory and tracking service work orders.
