I am on the team that leads Clark Nuber's practice focused on angel and venture-backed enterprises in SaaS, blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI, machine learning, AR/VR, telecom, product innovation, and health sciences. We help start-up and emerging-growth companies establish sound business, tax, financial reporting and data security practices to enhance their ability to raise funds, attract customers and develop their team. This often entails keeping control over their cap table and nailing down revenue recognition policies. New clients are usually in the pre-seed to C round in funding, and we help them grow toward an exit. For more mature companies, we help refine their practices to secure additional capital, improve their operations and cybersecurity, and explain their financial results to investors and creditors.
