• Successfully executed more than 1,000,000 sf of interior architectural fit-outs, many located remotely and performed under aggressive budget and schedule criteria, with stringent standards of design excellence
• Represented firm while coordinating among project stakeholders, often acting as single point of contact between Client, Consultants, and Contractor, both in office and on site
• Performed integral role with the firm’s marketing and business development efforts, including responsibility for firm-wide re-brand, rollout of new website, coordination of project photography and award submissions
• Guided implementation of professional recruitment program, identifying both full-time hires and interns, and spearheaded additional academic outreach efforts on behalf of the firm

Active member of studio staff, with roles spanning from schematic design and construction documentation, through furniture coordination and construction administration. Assisted firm-wide efforts in marketing/business development, including identification of potential leads, proposal writing, and interview preparation.
