With over five years of experience in human resource development, talent management, and learning facilitation, I am a Learning and Development Consultant at PNC, one of the largest diversified financial services institutions in the United States. I design, implement, monitor, and support staff development and career planning strategies and initiatives that align with PNC's goals and values. I collaborate with internal business unit managers and training and development staff to assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training and development practices and processes, and to communicate changes that impact the design, development, and delivery of programs. I also provide consultation and guidance to senior managers and entry-level employees on training and development, facilitation, and career development opportunities. I am passionate about enhancing and retaining top talent, increasing employee engagement and retention, and supporting the growth and development of PNC's workforce. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology to further expand my skills and knowledge in this field.
