I have been blessed to have the opportunity to have built a business that is about helping people. I never dreamed I could get so much, from the daily practice of Real Estate. In an average day, I might help a husband and wife find common ground on a despite about their best next step, or I might help a retiring Investment Banker relocate from his family home to Boca. When executed at a high level, The practice of Real Estate is not about opening doors, and writing contracts, its about fulfilling dreams. I have been blessed, to be in the right place, at the right time, and surrounded by the right people to help make that happen for so many. Since 2004, I have built my business first as a Realtor, then as a business-owner, then a manager, and now as a leader. I run a team of 7 employees who service the greater part of the entire state of Connecticut. We have a tremendous network of vendor professional partners and have helped hundreds of people, and families buy, sell, and invest in Real Estate. No deal is too complex, and no house is too small. The Miale Team is about service to our clients, we go the extra distance, and we never give up.
