I specialise in the world of pension and employee benefits. I strive to make this complex world easy to understand and a little bit fun.I am a Partner at Secondsight (www.second-sight.com), a multi-award winning employee benefits adviser. I am also an Equity Partner in the parent company Foster Denovo.With over 20 years' experience working in financial services I am passionate about how we communicate in the workplace, using all the tools available to deliver multi-channel communications to engage with as wide an audience as possible. Recently, I have been at the forefront of Secondsight’s financial wellbeing initiative, linking the broader concepts of money and mental health with financial matters and traditional pension and benefits programmes. Currently I am involved in the re-launch of a pension scheme, the design of a new financial education programme, wellbeing initiatives and flexible benefit design. I also consult on Defined Benefit de-risking exercises to help companies and trustees reduce their long term liabilities. I enjoy public speaking and regularly present at leading HR events and have shared panels alongside pension ministers and other industry experts.
