Served as Sr. Graphic Designer for all aspects of marketing for Tocci, a firm specializing in Construction Management, General Contracting, Building Information Modeling, Integrated Project Delivery, and Virtual Design. Responsible for the design and creation of all marketing materials such as print, web, direct mail, blogging, video, photography, social media and environmental graphics. Crafted and produced qualification and proposal materials using in-house printing, binding, tab and organization systems, and formal presentations.

Served as Marketing Coordinator and Environmental Graphic Designer for a firm specialized in architectural and interior design. Responsible for the creation and design of RFP | RFQ submittals. Used PowerPoint and Cooliris applications to design presentations along with all other marketing communication collateral. Used the software Constant Contact to distribute email marketing campaigns for use in business development and press/award announcements. Supported and updated a client database using Deltek. Supported the Environmental Graphic Design Studio, Architectural and Interiors Studios by integrating the appropriate design and message into each graphic expression for way-finding, entry signage, product/services graphics and marketing materials.

Served as Graphics Manager/Designer for the Construction Services division supporting marketing efforts, including construction management pursuits, mainly in the Boston/New England Region, and other areas of the U.S.; led efforts on major project submittals from concept through design to completion; coordinated efforts by collaborating with other URS Divisions to create highly polished graphics that not only clearly highlighted the company’s strengths and qualifications, but also engaged potential new clients with exciting visuals. Spent 10 years transforming dry engineering content into professional reports/graphics that are artistic and impressive to current and prospective clients.Some notable deliverables include: developing numerous high-quality graphics for Harvard University’s Allston Development Group, Massachusetts Port Authority, GSA, DCAM and URS program management team. All graphics were developed for presentation to Harvard Corporation senior staff, city officials, FAA, Massport executive staff, Massport board of directors, other regulatory agencies, as well as the general public. Assumed sole responsibility for design and in-house production of client identity logos, client monthly/quarterly reports, proposals, trade show booths, marketing materials, brochures, and presentations (digital, video, and web-based).
