The new platform, known as Conversations, introduced evolutionary changes to the user interface, and provided self-service capabilities via a configuration management portal. Served as scrum master for two engineering teams, facilitated daily scrum, sprint planning, conducted retrospectives, and removed obstacles that blocked progress of important features or bug fixes. I worked closely with engineers, QA, product manager and clients to continuously improve quality and business value to client's satisfaction. As a process engineer, collaborated with support leadership to define the support process, provide training and documentation. Served in a staff capacity as a mentor for implementation teams leaning the ropes of our new Conversations platform and the changes to process. Captured in finite detail the entire end-to-end process for managing beta pilot implementations.
