Driven by an interest in raw honey and health & wellness, I founded Be(e)® - a raw honey brand that leverages major food trends of transparency (source, content) and naturalness (simplicity, authenticity).- Consumer insight steered the product concept, alongside scientific evidence of bioactive properties (Bratislava University) and market intelligence reports.- Built a business plan, identified suppliers, distribution and RTM - engaging with Slovak apiarists and scientists throughout the process.- Developed and tested 3 SKUs (Acacia, Forest and Blossom honey) in Slovak health-food stores with a view to launch in UK retail (Planet Organic, As Nature Intended etc).- Marketing strategy and digital launch plan developed.- Ideated in-store display concepts with strong focus on securing secondary facings among cold and flu products, while maximising visibility.
