Managed the annual budgeting process, setting financial targets across numerous branch locations and producing monthly performance reports and drivers of actual results. Owned the M&A due diligence process, validating financial results with a quality of earnings (QOE) partner, identifying and quantifying financial synergies, and synthesizing all analyses into comprehensive recommendations.Select Highlights:• Enabled the ~$900MM sale of GTZ to new PE partner, leading QOE, DD, and lender underwriting.• Successfully closed multiple transactions in a short period of time, including a $100MM+ tuck-in acquisition.

Owned FP&A, data-driven analysis capabilities, M&A, AP/AR, financial reporting, tax, and audit.Select Highlights:• Served as acting CFO, leading the sell-side process and DD, resulting in sale of privately held AFN to GTZ.• Led initiatives to optimize the factoring segment profitability, roll out LTIP, construct enhanced cash and working capital modeling capabilities, streamline month-end close, optimize AR, and enhance AP capabilities.• Supported close of the first AFN external capital raise and close of a new banking partner.• Managed capital markets and investor relationships, served in board observer capacity of AFN. • Integrated strategic tuck-in acquisition, successfully achieving synergies identified in DD.• Created and owned strategic financial models across several applications, including designing investment framework for buy vs. build, capital allocation decisions, creating valuation framework, and establishing cross-functional linkages to aid commercial strategy via creation of new analytics to drive profitability.

Selected as one of the first hires for a brand-new group as the result of the new GE designation of "Systemically Important Financial Institution" (SIFI), requiring full functionality build from scratch. Leveraged IT knowledge (SQL, Hyperion, VBA) to create efficient and effective financial reporting processes across GE Capital, focusing on building out tools and procedures to review ratios, trends, and variances.
