I directed the design of the products, leading the design team’s efforts in user experience design, user interface design, prototyping, testing, and delivering final requirements to engineering. I also lead the effort in hiring and mentoring new design team members. In addition to the design of the product, I also helped steer the product strategy by conducting research, gathering requirements, and developing strategies with our cross-disciplinary product team.

I worked closely with the Product team to bring two large products from conception to market, conducting research, developing scope, creating prototypes, conducting tests, and handing design off to development. I established new processes for the design and product teams, helping them to adopt modern design tooling and standards.

I supported the academic mission of the college by designing, developing, and maintaining websites for the college and its four schools, as well as the various programs within.I redesigned the college's online admissions process from the ground up, improving the usability of the system and making it a simpler process for students not only to apply, but for faculty assess the applications.
