Installation and configuration of network controllers interfacing with copiers connected to business network infrastructure. Providing support for currently connected devices, leveraging troubleshooting techniques in order to provide connectivity as desired.

Responsibilities include but not limited to managing the overall operations at a mid-volume center, supervision of team members and the administration of center sales performance, profitability and customer experience objectives.

Leading a center business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. Assists in the supervision and oversight of all team members and business operations, monitoring and facilitating all production and retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping and quality control processes. Manages center in the absence of the center.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Part of a three-person team called the "SWAT Team", primarily responsible for traveling each week based in the Dallas Corporate Office to a different location in the United States to setup all Center Technology devices in a four day period. The technologist will be responsible for unpacking and installing all Center Technology devices including Server.

Central Valley Area, California

The Field Technology Specialist is responsible for ensuring reliable technical systems through maintenance, troubleshooting and escalation. Implements new technology systems and upgrades. Supports customer service in the center through direct interaction with customers and training of team members. Functions as a point of contact with FedEx Office Support.

The Lead Consultant is knowledgeable in all areas of the Center’s business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping, and consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers. Approximately 75% of the Lead Consultant’s time will be spent producing complex orders and operating equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge.

The Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. This team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Center’s business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. They will be responsible for taking orders.
