I design customer experience methodologies to establish long term business relationships.I design and implement standard of excellence processes by looking at the core of a company to reverse engineer where a company is to where they want to be.This is why it matters: There are two sides the a company - people & profit. The largest investment a company spends is on human resources. If employees are happy, motivated and inspired, they will give happy, motivated and inspired support and service to your prospects and customers. My Story:I started work delivering newspapers at 12, then at 14 organising two friends to mow peoples lawns on the weekend while I set up the jobs, I worked after school cleaning the school as it paid 3 times more what the going rate was to student at the time. I went to Europe at 17 and ended up arriving in after 9 months in Europe with six pounds and living on the streets and couches of people I met. I went to London and 18 months later I left with $60,000 pounds. I moved to Australia in 1996 and started a telecommunications company. I am a great believer in rolling up my sleeves and giving something a go and believing in people - that given an opportunity, they can too. With the help of my team over 24 years we took a two person business to the most awarded Avaya dealership with offices in every state. I sold the business in 2018.I currently have a Bobby -business hobby when my partner told me she was with me for life but not 9-5. I decided to focus on what I love. I set up an un-networking business. This is where who you are is more important than what you do. I believe there is no work life balance, there is just life. To make the most of that you must spend the time to know who is in your life.From my life I have learned that money is not the driver or the goal, you can do everything that is important without it. It does make things easier and allows you more freedom but should never be the goal but it should be the outcome of doing everything well.I believe you must give back and have been on the boards of charities. Our business tithes giving 10% back to the community we work with a Charity every year to restructure and use our network to strengthen them.
