Oversaw all design of personal care products for global and regional categories of Unilever’s Dove and Dove Men+Care brands. Facilitated design process, selected external design agencies, and worked closely with all marketing brand groups while managing a team of eight. ● Directed the design of Dove women’s brands across all categories: Master Brand, Skin Care, Personal Care, Face Care, Body Care, Hair Care, Deodorant, and Shave Care. ● Developed the design of Dove Men+Care brand across all categories. Influenced a distinct package design that helped the brand own “care” without cannibalizing the women’s market. The product line continues to be very successful for additional growth for the Dove brand.● Led creative direction for both women’s and men’s brands across all categories of innovation for primary and secondary products, branding, graphic design, structure design, and point of purchase displays.● Oversaw all design for Unilever NA personal care products in the Face and Body Care categories from 1998 to 2000 as senior design manager. Categories included Face Care (Pond’s global, Dove global, and Suave) and Body Care (Vaseline Intensive Care, Caress, Suave, and Pond’s). ● Chosen to lead a special innovation project for the Tiger Woods line of personal care products.
