I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business in Finance in 2018. In 2019, I moved to Chicago to pursue a career in the mortgage industry and it was the best decision I have ever made! I worked with Guaranteed Rate for 3 years 2019-2022 2020 was my first full year in the mortgage industry and I funded 54.6M in volume equating to 212 units. In February of 2021, I took on a role as a VP of Sales in our Consumer Direct Division. I lead a sales team of high performing loan officers and originate as well. People are my passion!I was a multi-unit manager for WESCO Corp. for almost eight years. At 19, I was the youngest manager to ever take over one of their locations. Wesco owns and operates 56 fueling locations across West Michigan and 13 in-store bakeries as well as a bakery commissary, deli commissary and energy distribution center. Through managing, my team and I held the highest annual in-store bakery sales in the company averaging $500,000 annually. I absolutely love leading people and being a positive and influential person in their lives. I have also helped develop a program that grows generous leaders throughout the company and I maintained a 75% retention rate as well.I am a natural-born leader and self-starter and I am just here to make the world a better place. I have had many titles, many accomplishments, etc. But I don't define myself by those "things". I define myself by the way I treat others every single day! That's the legacy I want to leave.
