I firmly believe in the truism that when a person pushes beyond equilibrium benefits are gained for themselves and others. The physical, mental, and spiritual returns are significant. The yields subsequently present new frontiers that are accessible for growth. This orientation is the reasoning behind my objective of moving into the accounting industry after a successful career as an air traffic controller. The skills I developed to be a capable controller provide transferable qualities indicative of accountant competence. For instance, attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication efficiency serve professionals well in both the air traffic and accounting disciplines. In planning for future growth, individually or corporately, one has to display foresight and engage in the necessary preceding supporting actions. To meet the certified public accountant (CPA) education requirement, I earned a master’s degree in accounting in May 2024, with distinction, while working full-time.I am looking to work for a company that I can assist in meeting their mission but provides a supporting framework to execute what was grasped in the academic environment. An output of this execution will serve the joint purpose of corporate utility and personal professional development.
