Contract Administrator: For small external decoration packages to estate wide enveloping projects.Technical Advisor: On a £44,000,000 PFI project which involved aspects of regeneration and Decent Homes work involving Due Diligence review of stock information and the negotiation of the contract sum with the Refurbishment Contractor.Lead Independent Certifier: On a £44,000,000 PFI project which involved aspects of regeneration and Decent Homes work. Bank monitoring and reporting on compliance with an Output Specification as well managing Provisional Sums and reporting on outstanding available funds, reviewing design proposals and monitoring contractor performance against KPI’s.
