These sites are fully coded with PHP, JQuery and Javascript using WordPress as a CMS. - BE.INFORMED - a reporting tool used by Telstra stores to report on phone sales, shipments and turn around times. - INTERNAL ORDERING - used by internal Telstra staff to order and approve staff phones and accessories and collateral equipment. - SUPPLY CHAIN UPDATE - Used by Telstra and Brightstar's Supply Chain leadership teams to view current reporting on agreed supply chain metrics. - ETA LOOKUP - Used by Telstra stores and Brightstar's sales team to view out of stock accessories and view ETA time frames on store stocked products. - Creation and Maintenance of many PowerPoint and Physical reporting packs that are sent to both Brightstar and Telstra SLT

It's our mission to help people realise their vision for online businessMy primary role at Sites'n'Stores was to manage a portfolio of 200+ clients through the process of getting their website or on-line store built. This included the design process for logo's and layout's for the site and aiding in the development process for the site. Websites are built using an on-line CMS that we train the user to use. Urban Maintenance Systems is an established Australian provider of facilities and infrastructure management services to Government, Private and Not-for-Profit organisations.My primary role at Urban Maintenance Systems was desktop and user support for the companies 300+ computers around Australia. Urban Maintenance Systems have several office locations around Australia thus meaning support was often done remotely when it was not possible for me to attend in person at a particular office. The network at Urban Maintenance Systems used the latest versions of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange which I had a heavy involvement in maintaining. This included adding, modifying and removing members and users to the network, file permissions, email set ups, site office network set ups and terminal service networking. Whilst working at Urban Maintenance Systems I developed several systems to aid with the system support for the company and cataloging of parts and computers for the inventory. This was done using MS SharePoint which was hosted internally at the company. The support system was a full on-line help desk that allowed employees to log jobs with the IT Department and were monitored and tracked using the MS SharePoint software.Duties- Help desk support for all company computers- User set up and maintenance- Using Active Directory- PC installation and maintenance- Machine and part research and ordering- Purchase order creation- Liaising with vendors for purchases- Report writing- Backup maintenance and monitoring- Network setup and maintenance- Database creation, maintenance and monitoring- Management of site office computers (local and interstate)- Remote management of several computers- SharePoint workflow and permissions creation and maintenance- Presentation of new softwares and technologies to management
