One of the biggest perks of my career is that I have had the pleasure of meeting a lot of different people in various roles, over the years. Developing talent is both an art and a science, and I can confidently say I have mastered the nuances of spotting the right candidates and helping them flourish. Additionally, I have proven instrumental in not only finding the right candidates but also improving a company’s recruitment process overall. I consider myself a fierce negotiator and problem-solver. I don’t believe in overpromising and under-delivering. I meticulously comb through a candidate's background, expertise, and temperament. This allows me to place candidates quickly yet with precision.
