Northwell Heath, Manhasset, New York• Northwell Health New Corporate Headquarters, 2000 Marcus Ave, Lake Success, NY: Matthew was brought in mid construction to resolve various issues faced by Northwell Health, the contractor, and the engineering team. 6 months into construction, Matthew assumed the role of project manager to get the project back on track and implement a variety of infrastructure improvements that were discovered during the course of construction. This building accommodates our corporate staff of 300 people and a conferencing center holding 300 guests. • Medical Office Buildings: Matthew currently oversees 12 projects in various stages of design and construction. Below are a sample of some of the these projects.• Huntington Pediatrics – 5000 square feet of new space for a pediatrics practice. Completed in 2015.• Huntington Internal Medicine – 5000 square feet of new space for internal medicine practices. Completed in 2015• Huntington OBGYN – 2,000 square feet of space for a new OBGYN practice. Completed in 2015• Smithtown Imaging Center – New 10,000 square foot imaging facility in Smithtown, NY including CT scan, MRI, and several ultrasound suites. Completion September 2016.• Lynbrook Medical Office Building – complete renovation of three story old water depart building for 30,000 square feet of medical space. Project includes, rezoning, site layout changes, building extension, and complete renovation of all core, shell, and fit out. Currently Matthew is overseeing the design process and will continue through construction. Construction to be completed in Q4 2016.
