Key experience includes financial and commercial operations leadership roles in enterprise software, billing support systems (BSS), operational support systems (OSS), packet core technologies, call center services, commercial insurance, and equities and options exchange. I also help strengthen the finance profession. I host a podcast: Upside/Downside - a podcast about value creation, available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other platforms. I am a member of a professional association for finance executives, helping to grow a strong finance leadership community.
